I'm a qualified psychotherapist and Life coach.  I provide a safe, supportive environment to promote and simplify change and enhance self awareness.

 

Mary was born in the United States and attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas.  She studied psychotherapy at Sydney Gestalt & Terrigal Gestalt Institutes and completed the Masters of Gestalt through GTB in Brisbane.  Mary has trained in mediation at the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre.  

 

She spent many years traveling and worked in many fields before fulfilling her passion for Gestalt Psychotherapy.  As the mother of an adolescent, Mary has a keen interest in children of all ages and their development stages.

 

She is skilled in Conflict Resolution, Art and Play therapy, Couples counselling, Dream work, Sports therapy, Drug and Alcohol dependency, Self harm, Weight loss, Grief, Depression, Relationship as well as Corporate counselling.
